The 28th International Ankara Jazz Festival ended with the Rustam Rahmedov Trio feat. Meriç Çalışan concert. There was a music feast on the last day of the festival, which lasted for 11 days in different venues of the capital.
The 28th International Ankara Jazz Festival organized by the Jazz Association has ended. Jazz lovers experienced an unforgettable evening on the last day of the festival, which took place in unique venues in Ankara between 20-30 November.
At the ‘The Beatles Meets Jazz’ concert, which took the stage at Samm’s Bistro with intense participation, Rustam Rahmedov Trio, consisting of Rustam Rahmedov on piano, Gökhan Över on double bass and Serkan Alagök on drums, was accompanied by soloist Meriç Çalışan.
Jazz lovers who witnessed the band’s live performance on the festival stage had enthusiastic moments by singing the chorus of The Beatles’ song ‘Hey Jude’ together. The festival ended with the song “Let It Be” by The Beatles.
