Funky Storm feat. Zeynep Sazak | Synthesis concert met with jazz lovers at the 28th Ankara Jazz Festival organized by the Jazz Association with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
As the festival, which started 10 days ago, was coming to an end, the event held at Altınel Hotel witnessed intense participation of jazz lovers.
Zeynep Sazak, who performed a high-tempo concert with the band Funky Storm, was accompanied by Ersun Çavuşoğlu on guitar, Zafer Gökçer on keyboard, Toprak Barut on saxophone, Cem Güngör on trombone, Erdinç Aktuğ on drums, and Onur Gökyılmaz on bass.
Jazz lovers who witnessed the band’s live performances on the festival stage experienced a magnificent musical feast of more than two hours.

Zeynep Sazak, who made a statement to ankaranethaber.com reporter after the concert and expressed her gratitude to Özlem Oktar Varoğlu, the President of the Jazz Association and the curator of the festival, who organized this evening, said: Synthesis was a project for us where we made current arrangements of different music genres such as jazz, soul, funk, blues, r&b. We are having a great festival with our band Funky Storm. “It is very enjoyable, we are very happy.” she said.
